Healthier Peanut Butter & Jelly

Looking for a quick and easy lunch that tastes amazing?

This recipe is so easy you can do it while holding a baby and it will leave your mouth watering. 

What you need 

2 slices of wheat bread

2 TBS organic natural peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter)

6 strawberries sliced

generous pinch of hemp seeds

OPTIONAL ADD ONS- sliced bananas, ground flaxseed, honey, or anything that sounds amazing!



1. Spread 1 TBS of peanut butter on each side of the bread

2. Top with strawberry slices, and sprinkle with hemp seeds

3. Add anything thing else that sounds amazing
