How to ship your order back
STEP 1– Enter your email used to place the order and your order number (there are two numbers on you packing slip make sure to use the order #) above to start your RMA Request. Enter your Email address that you used to place the order and your order number. Then, select your order that you would like to look at. Next, select each item and let us know if you’d like a refund, exchange or store credit. Be sure to comment on what size you need for the exchange.
STEP 2 – Select if you would like to print a shipping label or use your own. You will be able to print a shipping label right away. Also, the shipping label will be e-mailed to you. Print your shipping label. If you selected Store Credit or Exchange, it’s free! If you selected Refund, we’ll deduct $6.99 from your refund amount to cover shipping fees. If you don't see your shipping label e-mail within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk e-mail folder.
STEP 3 – Pack it up. Place your items in unwashed/unworn condition with tags attached and your order invoice in a securely sealed package. You can reuse the polybag or box it was mailed to you in!
STEP 4 – Send it off. Affix your shipping label to your package. Write down your tracking number so you can follow it’s journey.
STEP 5 – Return your package via USPS. You may drop it off at a US Post Office or give it to a US Postal Carrier.
PLEASE NOTE:
Allow 5-10 days for package tranisit, plus an additional 5-7 business days for processing after we recive your return.
If you choose to pay pay for your own shipping we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot be resposible for lost or damaged returns that are not shipped with our label.

What items can I not return?
- Items marked as final sale
- Clearance Items
- Underwear/Panties
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- Returns received after 90 days of the original order date
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- Swimwear – Must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit.
- Bras – Must be tried on with nursing pads in order to be returned.
- If any of the above items are mailed to be returned, they will be mailed back to you at your expense.
