We do not currently have a retail location. We do, however, have an office/warehouse location in Louisville, KY. If you would like to make an appointment to try clothes on, please e-mail info@milkandbaby.com. We'd love to see you!
If you live Kentucky you will be charged a 6% sales. Our Store automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Anytime a free product is offered as part of a promotion and conditions apply, the customer will be charged for the product if the conditions are no longer met. For example, if the customer received free nursing pads with a $150 purchase but then the customer returns for a refund items totaling $100, the customer will be charged current milk & baby retail price for the nursing pads. Free products without condition, i.e. samples, will not be charged to the customer for any reason.
You will receive an e-mail with your order number and other order information. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. milk & baby reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed prior to shipment of your order. You may also use your PayPal account to pay for your order

We do take e-checks HOWEVER, your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared.

Please allow 5-10 for transit and 5-7 business days after we receive your package for us to process your return. Feel free to e-mail info@milkandbaby.com if you need an update.
For a multiple product order, we may ship the order separately. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. We will hold the rest of your order until all items are available and ship them all together, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given order, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Please visit our returns & exchanges page for more information on how to submit a return or exchange. We will gladly accept the return of products for 30 days from the date of purchase and exchanges for 90 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping is free for exchanges and store credit. We cannot accept returns on underwear. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refund will either be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction, in store credit or by PayPal (if more than 30 days have passed) only. If free shipping was used to place the order and all items are returned or the minimum order is no longer met for free shipping; the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. We will not refund the cost to return items.

  • Returns will not be accepted on underwear. Please make sure the size is right before ordering.>
  • Bras without tags or leak stains will not be accepted. Please try on your bra with nursing pads.
  • Bathing suits must have the protective liner in place to be returned.
  • All item must be in new unused condition to be returned.
  • Clearance items may be returned for store credit only. Final Sale items may not be returned.

  • Shipping Time -- Orders will be shipped in less than 72 hours (most order are shipped the next day) from when the order was placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by milk & baby or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Shipping may take 2 plus weeks if standard shipping is used to ship outside the US due to customs or other issues beyond our control. We do ship internationally. Please select the international shipping option when checking out

    Some items are shipped from our store while other items will be shipped directly from the distributor. This allows us to stock and import smaller and international brands and also allows us to offer you more color and size options. Most of our items are stocked at our Louisville, KY warehouse.
