Do you have a retail location?

We do not currently have a retail location. We do, however, have an office/warehouse location in Louisville, KY. If you would like to make an appointment to try clothes on, please e-mail info@milkandbaby.com. We'd love to see you!

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States

Help I received the wrong item!!

Please contact us to let us know. We will pay for return shipping and the cost of shipping the correct item back to you

Where do I enter a coupon code?

Coupon codes are entered on the last page of the checkout process.

Do you charge sales tax?

If you live Kentucky you will be charged a 6% sales. Our Store automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.

What does "Final Sale" mean?

If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I know you got my order?

You will receive an e-mail with your order number and other order information. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. milk & baby reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Why is my order being shipped separately? Not all my items have arrived!?

For a multiple product order, we may ship the order separately. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. We will hold the rest of your order until all items are available and ship them all together, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given order, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
