Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-Ordered Items: Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
  • Custom Items: Custom-printed items may require additional processing time.

Please Note: Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Cut-Off
To have your order shipped the same day, it must be placed before 8:00 AM EST. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • Shipping estimates provided at checkout are transit times only and are not guaranteed. These estimates do not account for Sundays or holidays.

Out of Stock & Verification
If an item is out of stock or we need to verify payment details, we will contact you immediately via email or phone. Please respond promptly! If we do not hear back within a few days, your order may be canceled or delayed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, we offer replacements (or refunds if the item is out of stock).

  • To file a claim: We will email you an insurance affidavit that requires your digital signature.
  • Deadline: You must complete and return this form within 14 business days to qualify for a replacement or refund. Failure to return the form in time will result in the claim being denied.

International Shipping

⚠️ IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:

1. Duties, Taxes & Brokerage Fees
Import duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are NOT included in your shipping cost. These fees are determined by your local customs office and the shipping carrier, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Fees are due upon delivery: You may be required to pay these fees to the carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.) before they will release your package.
  • Brokerage Fees: Some carriers charge an extra administrative fee for processing your package through customs. Milk & Baby has no control over these charges.

2. Shipping Times & Customs Delays
Please be aware that international packages may experience significant delays due to customs processing.

  • Customs holds: Packages can be held by your country's customs department for inspection for several days or even weeks.
  • Not guaranteed: Transit times provided at checkout are estimates only and do not include time spent in customs.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot expedite this process or contact foreign customs offices on your behalf.

3. Refused Packages
If you choose to refuse your package to avoid paying duties or because of a delay, the package will be returned to us. The cost of return shipping + the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
