Lactation Smoothie

Toss the following into a blender:

1 1/4 cup almond milk


1/4 cup oatmeal

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp flax meal

1 tbsp brewer's yeast1

 1/2 tbsp honey 

2 tsp vanilla extract 

For a frozen version freeze the banana and add crushed ice.
