Lactation Smoothie

Toss the following into a blender:

1 1/4 cup almond milk

banana

1/4 cup oatmeal

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp flax meal

1 tbsp brewer's yeast1

 1/2 tbsp honey 

2 tsp vanilla extract 


For a frozen version freeze the banana and add crushed ice.

Hi Mariamarin! Your best bet is to contact a Lactation Consultant or your local La Leche League Group so you can talk to them about your issues. Breastmilk is a created by supply and demand, so if you demand more (by breastfeeding or pumping more) usually your supply will go up. Supplements like lactation cookies, smoothies & teas can be helpful too!
