I never received my order

I never received my order. I'm writing this review because I get weekly emails asking for a review. It's unfortunate, because the items looked promising online, but I have no idea of quality because they never arrived. I reordered and reshipped multiple times, and no avail. This was time sensitive for Mother's Day. I did receive almost a full refund (missing $5).. The rep I dealt with was communicative, but in the end once they send the items out there door, they did say it was on me to talk to my local USPS to make sure address was accurate (which it was); the issue is that it never reached my USPS; really wish the company tried a little harder to troubleshoot, or even offer some sort of discount for the headache and no-show. Anyway, they asked for a review, and I really wish I could have any reason to rate it higher. Was looking forward to the items. Hope it's a learning experience, and others have better luck.

We understand how disappointing that is, especially since it was intended as a Mother's Day gift.

We shipped the order twice to the address provided, but both shipments were returned by USPS before delivery. The tracking history showed USPS scanning the package with messages including 'Insufficient Address' and 'No Such Number' before returning it to us.

When this happened, we reached out to verify the shipping address and suggested contacting the local post office to see if they could identify the issue. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, USPS was unable to complete delivery.

Because the package was never successfully delivered, we issued a full refund for the order.

We certainly are not a scam, and we're sorry this experience left you feeling frustrated. While we wish we could control USPS delivery outcomes, we always do our best to help customers resolve shipping issues and make things right when orders cannot be delivered.
