Ricotta Avocado Toast

Looking for a quick and easy lunch that tastes amazing?

This recipe is so easy you can do it while holding a baby and it will leave your mouth watering. 

What you need 

2 slices of wheat bread

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 avocado, sliced thin

generous pinch of everything bagel seasoning

juice of 1/2 lemon

OPTIONAL ADD ONS- cucumber slices, sprouts, tomato, a fried egg, or anything that sounds amazing!



1. Toast bread

2. Spread ricotta on toast, top with avocado slices, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and lemon juice

3. Add anything thing else that sounds amazing
