Love the dress! It's so comfortable, and thin for warmer weather, but not see through. The length is perfectly for me being 5'1". And pockets! Very happy!

3rd trimester of my 2nd pregnancy and this is the 1st maternity dress I have ever purchased - wish I had bought it sooner! The material is stretchy, cool to the touch, and breathable. The empire waist that hits underneath the bust is elastic, not structured, so it does NOT dig into your ribcage or leave you feeling sore at all. Wore it for 4 hours today at an indoor function and never felt overheated, itchy, or in pain; was happy to leave it on after I came home, too :) Several other reviewers mentioned the thinness of the fabric - in my opinion it is a boon especially for the warmer months, but I did need to purchase a maternity slip to avoid underwear lines. The only other tidbit that might be an issue for petite women is that the length of the dress is definitely made for a woman of average height. At 5'0", if I had wanted to wear flats with the dress, I would have needed to have it hemmed a few inches- so factor in the extra time you would need to get it tailored if you are buying it for a specific occasion. I chose to wear taller espadrille wedges with it instead, and that fixed the length problem for me. Yet another Milk & Baby purchase that I LOVE!
