We Offer 3 Simple Options:

  1. Store Credit + $5 bonus: Receive a Milk & Baby store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE shipping label, and a BONUS $5 credit you can use to find something else you love!
  2. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a $5.99 shipping fee when you use our shipping label.
  3. Exchanges: Love your item, but it doesn't fit quite right or the color isn't what you expected? We’re happy to exchange it as long as it’s still in stock. Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers. Exchanges are free when you use the shipping label we provide.

Our US Returns & Exchange Policy

The following policy applies to domestic (US) orders only.

Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, items must be received back to Milk & Baby within 30 days of your original order date. Exchanges must be received within 90 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Clearance Items
  • Underwear/Panties
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition
  • Returns received after 90 days of the original order date
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Swimwear – Must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit.
  • Bras – Must be tried on with nursing pads in order to be returned.
  • If any of the above items are mailed to be returned, they will be mailed back to you at your expense.

Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:

Returns received at Milk & Baby between 31 and 90 days after the original order date. Late returns will have the $5.99 shipping fee deducted and are not eligible for the $5 bonus offer.

How do I return an item that was a gift?

If you received an item from Milk & Baby as a gift, you can still return it! We’ll issue you a Milk & Baby store credit for the amount of the returned item. Please e-mail info@milkandbaby.com to get your free shipping label!

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

Step 1 – Enter your order information, select your order, select your item(s), and let us know if you’d like to return (be sure to indicate for store credit or refund) or exchange (be sure to indicate your new size/color/pattern).

Step 2 – Your Return Ticket will be processed. If approved, a shipping label will be e-mailed to you. Print your shipping label. If you selected Store Credit or Exchange, it’s free! If you selected Refund, we’ll deduct $5.99 from your refund amount to cover shipping fees. If you don't see your shipping label e-mail within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk e-mail folder.

Step 3 – Pack it up. Place your items in unwashed/unworn condition with tags attached and your order invoice in a securely sealed package. You can reuse the polybag or box it was mailed to you in!

Step 4 – Send it off. Affix your shipping label to your package. Write down your tracking number so you can follow it’s journey.

Step 5 – Return your package via USPS. You may drop it off at a US Post Office or give it to a US Postal Carrier.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at Milk & Baby. We’ll e-mail you once we process your return or exchange.

Please note: If you choose to pay for your own shipping instead of using the return label Milk & Baby provides, we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

 

 

International Returns Policy

Step 3 – Pack it up. Place your items in unwashed/unworn condition with tags attached and your order invoice in a securely sealed package.

International Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of International shipping, we do not offer International exchanges at this time. However, you can make a return as long as it’s received within 60 days of the original order date.
