When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.For example: you place an order late on a Friday night, that order will NOT ship until Monday morning.Also please remember that USPS does NOT pick up or deliver on Sundays or federal holidays.

Do you charge sales tax?

If you live Kentucky you will be charged a 6% sales. Our Store automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

What is pre-order?

Pre-order means the items is not yet in our warehouse but will arrive and normally ship in 5-7 business days. For example: you place an order and the item is pre-order and upgrade to priority shipping, you item will still ship in 5-7 days but will be shipped priority mail. 

Can I use more than on coupon?

No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.

What does "final sale" mean?

If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged.  

How do I know you got my order?

You will receive an e-mail with your order number and other order information. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. milk & baby reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Why is my order being sent in two shipments?

For a multiple product order, we may ship the order separately. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. We will hold the rest of your order until all items are available and ship them all together, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given order, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
