Wrap the tape measure just under your bust, around your rib cage. This is you underbust measurement. Round up to the nearest even number to get your band size. Nest Measure around the fullest part of your bust (it helps to have a heavy bust supported) this is your bust measurement. Then subtract your underbust from your bust measurement to get your cup size.
